Name: Willowears
Age: 160 moons
Gender: Tom
Rank: Elder
Clan: Mistclan
Apprentice/Mentor: Once apprenticed his daughter, who is now leader
Appearance: Willowears was once a lovely shade of honey brown, which quickly faded to grey as a senior warrior. He has small spots all along his back, with stripes on the top of his head. He has a white chest and paws, with astounding green eyes. His fur is actually shorter than avarage with a long tail like a willow branch.
Voice: It is warm and gentle, but it holds wisdom and authority. It is bold, but yet a little weak.
Battle: Now to weak to fight, he used to use his speed to dodge his enemies, tiring them, constantly landing little blows.
Personality: Willowears has always been a proud cat, especially when his daughter was made leader. He always stands tall, though he never lets his pride get the best of him. He enjoys telling stories to anyone who will listen, old and young alike. He has gained much wisdom in his life, and offers friendly advise. He is very kind, and like his daughter, rarely has a temper, though his tempers are usually much milder. Finally, he is extremely kind and is fatherly to all, and is very determined.
History: Willowears grew up as a pure Mistclanner. He had many friends in other Clans, including apprentices and medicine cats. He was a strong and fierce warrior, respected by his Clanmates. When he was a senior warrior, he fell in love with a she-cat named Bluewind, and she had her kittens. He and Bluewind grieved the loss of their only son, who died as a young kit. He retired due to sight loss after his daughters warrior ceremonies. He was so proud of his children, and relied on them when Bluewind died. They were the joy of his life, and was wounded deeply when Tawnytail died as well. He stood proud as his remaining daughter, Cinderstar, became deputy, then leader. Now he sits in the Elders den, watching his daughter lead the Clan.
Family:Yarrowkit; Son; StarClan
Bluewind; Mate; StarClan
Tawnytail; Daughter; StarClan
Cinderstar; Daughter; Leader
SW: Cinderpaw squirmed in her seat, Tawnypaw next to her, juts as excited. Sighing, Bluewind turned to them both. "You two are as excited as kits! Its just another one of your father's stories!" she purred, easily letting the humor flow. Finally, Willowears walked in. The two apprentices leaped upon their dad. "Tell us the story now! You promised!" they squeaked. Willowears turned to Cinderpaw, then Tawnypaw. "Both of you show me you hunting position first," he commanded lightly. This wasn't new to the young she-cats. Willowear always made them show their progress as warriors. Both dropped into expert crouches, and their father praised them. "Good! You two are coming along nicely. You'll make fine warriors." he purred. "Now, let me tell you the time I chased away some rouges and then fought a badger single handedly!" Cinderpaw and Tawnypaw sat wide eyed, already listening intently, caught in the magic of the story.
Other: Willowears died of age some time during the great battle between the Clans and BloodGang. He left a parting message with the loner Match for his remaining daughter, Cinderstar. He still watches over Mistclan from StarClan, sometimes advising Cinderstar through her dreams.
