Silverstar had rounded up what warriors would come with her to the gathering. Since the mysterious disappearance of her wisely chosen deputy, Silverstar had been at a loss. Twilightshadow had not been seen since a few days ago. Silverstar had hoped for the appearance of her, but after days of no deputy to give her advice and organize patrols, she knew Twilightshadow would not be coming back. Coming with no deputy showed weakness, but there seemed like no other choice. Stoneclan would be just as able to defend themselves if danger came near.
She moved quickly to the front of the small group of cats, and with a swish of her long whispy tail the group began to descend towards the Stone Hollow. The full moon shone brightly, its light guiding the cats with each step. StarClan was watching them. Behind her, Goldenpool, Spiritstep, Snowstorm,Sunfall, and their young apprentice Aspenpaw trotted quietly. Silverstar beckoned them on until, atlast, they reached the beautiful moon-kissed hollow. They were the first Clan there, but far off yowls resounded throughout the open land.

Goldenpool stepped along slowly, her white and gold pelt dyed silver by the bright moonlight that shone down. Her eyes slid over the Stone Hollow's walls, thinking of the countless generations who had once stood here. The mere thought of long-gone cats once standing here at command was enough to take her breath away. Ears were pricked and alert to every sound as yet another yowl echoed over the land. A shiver of excitement raced down the she-cat's frame. Gatherings were the times she lived for, the times she loved.
Snowstorm limped along, determined to keep up with the rest of the warriors. He had been recovering for a few days, and the only remains of his horrific ordeal were his limp and a few fast-healing wounds. The medicine cat had wanted him to stay behind, but he had refused. /I'm a warrior of this Clan, not a kittypet!/ he had thought, his strong voice making the air shimmer with one word not too long ago. No. Nothing except death could stop him from attending a Gathering. Nothing.
Aspenpaw(I've decided to RP him first person) As I caught my first glimpse of the moonlit Stone Hollow, my mind began to race and my eyes widened. It was all that I had dreamed about and more. It was better than I had thought! The stone felt cool beneath my pads as I followed the rest of the Clan into the Gathering place. I could taste the excitement, feel it run through my pelt like a whisper of wind. Each moment seemed too good to waste as I devoured the sight with my hungry gaze. My own feelings began to spin and twist in a crazed dance as I began to imagine my first Gathering.

Twilight settled upon the forest like a vermillion blanket. Shadows began to form beneath the everglade trees of Echoclan territory, a warm whisper of spring danced through the air. A golden she-cat, her elegance much like that of a lioness, padded softly through the rubbery leaves of a juniper bush. Her amber eyes glinted through the soft formation of night, brighter than the fireflies that buzzed through the trees like stars that descended to far from the sky. Her amble carried with it a sensation of power as she led her Clan through the enclosing darkness. The pelts behind her glowed with a silver lining, shed by the moon. Only she appeared gold.
Drawing closer to the distant mewing of many cats, Wrenstar padded to the edge of a sacred hollow. For a moment, she scanned the scene below. It seems as if Stoneclan has already arrived... With a mere flick of her tail, she and her silver river erupted into the clearing. They descended down the side of the hollow with the grace of a flowing stream, drawing to a rest among the Stoneclan pelts below.
Wrenstar looked over the cats who she had chosen to come: Swiftrunner, Nightwish, Copperfur, Frostfeather, and, of course, Longstride. The other cats creating a trail, Wrenstar glided over to the largest of stones that sat in the clearing. She sprang, and all four of her paws landed gently upon the smooth surface. She perched upon the stone, curling her tail daintily around her paws, and looked toward the cloudless void that lay above her like an endless, indigo ocean.

Cinderstar padded onward, her Clan assembled behind her. The moon shone at it's fullest as Mistclan descended toward the Stone Hollow, casting a comforting glow on the land around them. Stoneclan and Echoclan had already arrived, spread out around the glowing stones. Sunwing, Willowears, Falconcry, Speedstripe, Fernstep, Fernfoot, and Brackenstripe fanned out, mingling with the other cats. Cinderstar settled herself next to one of the moonlit stones. StarClan is quite luminescent tonight, she thought, gazing up at the star filled sky.
Willowears sat next to Cinderstar. "That hike exhausted me!" he wheezed, glaring at nothing. "You were the one that insisted on coming," she meowed, lowering her head. "I wouldn't miss a Gathering for all of the forest!" Willowears coughed."You're a stubborn old tom," she muttered, shaking her head, but a smile crossed her face.

Sunfall gazed around at Mistclan and Echoclan. His silver fur shone like the moon itself as rays of moonbeam shone on him and the other cats, turning the clearing into an eerie, shining, beautiful place of meeting. The medicine cat sat down and looked round, wondering where Falconcry was. He'd found a good patch of borage leaves near the border which they could both use and he was eager to share the knowledge. He'd scented her but he couldn't distinguish her pelt between the mass of the fur. Oh well, best go and look for her. Echoclan's here too, so I could go and see how that elder of Frostfeather's is getting on. I hope my catnip helped. She should be okay. He padded towards the crowd and began to merge into the tumble of cats, winding between apprentices, warriors, elders and queens, greeting a few then setting eyes the two medicine cats.

WaterStar could feel the could air touch her skin, it was time. She gathered up her warriors and apprentices and set off to the gathering. She had felt strong and confident that this would be an eventful gathering. She looked into the clearing, and at all of the cats surrounding her. She walked towards the Great Rock with StormDreamer right by her side.

Frostfur and Sootclaw followed their leader silently to the clearing. Frostfur nodded, and went off to join Waterstar. Sootclaw sat alone, keeping an eye on her not far off.

All the leaders had taken their place within the stone clearing. Silverstar sat silently perched aside the other leaders. She watched as the many warriors shared tongues below, each exited yet cautious. Slowly she made her way to the front of the moonstone, the cats gradually quieted below her, staring up with eager eyes. She caught the glances of many cats she knew well, and recognized, and a few new ones.
"I will start the gathering if none object, " Silverstar cast a weary glance back towards the leaders.
"Stoneclan is strong and stable, health is of no concern. PRey practically jumps into our paws; there seems to be no conflicts in Stoneclan. We have acquired a new apprentice, Aspenpaw," Silverstar nodded towards the young apprentice and smiled while a murmer of acknowledgment rippled through the cats. She continued, "Snowstorm found his way back to camp after being captured by twolegs and held hostage for slightly over a moon. We are grateful he is back."
Silverstar nodded towards Wrenstar, "That is all."
Stepping back, she settled between the other leaders, leaning slightly forward towards Wrenstar. Her hearing wasn't what it used to be, she was getting older.

WaterStar was glad that Stoneclan was doing well. he smiled as she heard the news and waited for the next leader to speak.

Wrenstar's golden eyes cut through the darkness of night with such force that they seemed to shed a dim glow. She listened in silence to Silverstar's report. The thought of twolegs capturing Warriors disturbed her. What if they began to flock back into the forest like the alarming situation they experienced last summer? What if Echoclan got trapped in their own home again? She couldn't show the other Clans her concern, but knew she would have to be more cautious as the days got warmer.
The clearing grew quiet, and Wrenstar realized it was her turn to speak. She stepped forward, scanning the clearing with her fierce amber eyes. "Echoclan is growing steronger every day like the Newleaf flowers. I have no concern that we won't be well-fed all year. The arrival of new plants has got our camp full of fresh herbs, so health will not hold us back in any way. That is all." She dipped her head and stepped back, waiting for the next leader to speak.

Cinderstar nodded at the others news. When Wrenstar stepped back, Cinderstar stepped forward. "Mistclan is also doing well. Prey is a plenty, and we have a new medicine cat apprentice on the way. Falconcry has agreed to mentor young Wrenkit," she paused, letting the cats quickly absorb the information before continuing. "However, we did have an encounter with a rouge named Pantheress. We maneged to chase her off our territory, and we don't know her current whereabouts. She may still be a threat, but I don't think much. A badger defeated our good warrior Tornheart in battle, and he watches us tonight with StarClan. The badger was killed, but it may have cubs. That is all," she finished, stepping back. She nodded to Waterstar, and quickly scanned the clearing. Willowears was watching her, and nodded as their eyes meet.
Frostfur glanced at Sootclaw when Cinderstar mentioned the rouge. So, no one had died after all. She failed to mention how gravely her warriors injured, but most seemed recovered when she looked around. Sootclaw gazed at her evenly, probably guessing her thoughts. Both turned their attention back to the Stone as Waterstar came forward to make her announcements. What would she say for Dawnclan?

WaterStar saw the glares turn to her. She stepped forward and smiled. "Dawnclan is doing well. Our spirits are boosted and spring is plentiful. And I, myself, have decided to take on an apprentice!" she meowed. She stepped back along with the other leaders and looked around her.

Wrenstar nodded her golden head, looking around the clearing with warm, amber eyes. The Clans seemed to be doing well, and all the cats around the Leaders' Stone looked healthy and well-fed. She rose her rosy-colored nose to the sky and felt awed at the endless, indigo void that lay above. Despite the calm evening of an almost Greenleaf night, Wrenstar felt a pinch form in her gut. The problem with long-term peace... is that it never lasts long

Damien stepped through the banded shadows in the outskirts of the Stone Hollow, his footsteps quick and soundless. The mews of many cats echoed to him from the hollow below, and he rested his sharp, sky-blue eyes upon the four cats atop the highest stone. His handsome, banded features stood out against the inky darkness. He paused for a second, letting the black she-cat behind him come to his side, her storm-cloud-gray eyes scanning the clearing with mild interest. Even though they hadn't even entered the clearing yet, Damien still felt a sense of unwelcomness. Even though he had supposedly come to help these cats, he couldn't help but feel a strong feeling of dislike and suspicion. He hadn't come to help these cats. He had come on his own agenda and self-centered desire.
Taking a deep breath, Damien stepped through the bushes, emerging into the clearing. He padded down the hollow side, sending his icy glare toward any cat who looked toward him and the she-cat. Some cats tried to stop them, and despite his hisses of warning, the she-cat beside him managed to clear them a path toward the large stone. Finally, the two tribe cats stood directly beneath the leaders. Damien kept looking over his shoulder at the cats behind him, expecting them to attack at any moment. He waited for Fala to speak.

Longstride had been watching the leaders from her position near the stone when she heard cries and hisses of alarm. The deputy swung her head around, her fur on the back of her neck bristling. Now approaching the stone were two cats of whom she did not know. By the questioning glares of the other cats, she knew they were not known by a cat of the Clans. The deputy watched in disbelief as the unknown intruders padded forward silently. She could now feel a soft growl growing deep within her. Something told her that this was not good at all. /They bring bad news for us./ she thought with a feeling of dread.
The she-cat then stood, her head raised and eyes flashing a demanding challenge. Her full height was daunting, and this effect was only added by her apparent command over some of the others in the clearing. The words that seemed to push at each cat then passed her lips and rang throughout the hollow for all to hear. "Who are you and why are you here?"

Damien let his lips part in a snarl when questioned by a demanding Clan cat. He shot the calico an icy, teal glare and snarled, "We're only doing to speak to the leaders! So you'd better pipe down and let us explain!" Feeling Fala's tail upon his shoulder, Damien shot the calico she-cat another challenging look before returning his gaze to the leaders.
If the BloodGang doesn't kill me, these Clan cats will first. They can tell we've brought them bad news, and they aren't happy. But if they try to attack Fala-" he unsheathed his claws and dug them into the earth-" They won't know what ripped off their tails!
He touched Fala's shoulder with his tail, urging her to explain.
